This energetic position involves ensuring trucks are thoroughly washed and presentable, providing excellent customer service to drivers and visitors, and supporting the overall operations of our truck wash facility. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help keep our fleet looking professional and operating smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of trucks using appropriate washing equipment and techniques to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Operate pressure washers, brushes, and cleaning solutions safely and efficiently.
- Assist drivers with vehicle entry and exit, providing friendly customer service throughout the process.
- Maintain cleanliness of the wash bay area, including sweeping, trash removal, and organizing supplies.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning procedures.




- Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to coordinate wash schedules and address any special requests.
- Complete basic documentation related to wash services performed, ensuring accurate record keeping.

Experience

- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards.
