We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced workplace.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely service.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the cash register.
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in the bar area.
Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed

Qualifications




Previous experience in Bartendings is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Cash handling experience is a plus, along with familiarity with cashiering systems.
Smart Serve Certification Required
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
