Process pre-bills and ensure timely billing cycles
Collaborate with lawyers and assistants for Work in Progress
Draft and finalize client invoices efficiently
Coordinate month-end billing activities and reporting
Support system enhancements and process optimization Requirements:
University degree or college diploma in relevant field
At least 3 years of billing experience in legal services
Familiarity with CMS/Aderant and Microsoft tools
