Fairchild Television Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will support day-to-day sales operations, develop current business opportunities, and help drive revenue across our television, broadcast, event, and marketing platforms.

Job Duties
Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Explore, develop, and pitch new accounts and business prospects with advertisers and agencies.
Prepare and present proposals, sales packages, and integrated advertising and sponsorship solutions.
Support event- and marketing-driven projects, from client pitching and sponsorship development through coordination and execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies, and assist with negotiations and account follow-up.
Monitor sales pipelines, client activities, and market opportunities, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, media, advertising, or a related field.
Experience in the media, broadcasting,



or advertising agency industry is a strong asset.
Proven ability to develop new business, pitch prospective clients, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong experience or interest in event sponsorship, promotions, and marketing-driven projects.
High level of proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
Solid presentation and communication skills.
