We’re looking for a full time Café Baker to join the Mill Town crew.

This is less pastry school, more keeping the café full of really good things. You’ll be responsible for proofing, baking, finishing and keeping on top of what we need for the day — plus jumping in with the café team when needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Proof and bake daily pastries and baked goods
Finish, glaze and package cinnamon buns and other items
Maintain daily par levels and prep for upcoming service
Keep the pastry case stocked, fresh and looking good
Rotate product and keep an eye on quality and waste
Follow recipes, baking times and food-safety standards
Keep your workspace clean, organized and ready to go
Help with prep, dishes, stocking and general café duties when needed




Be an all-around good teammate — we’re a small crew and everyone pitches in

YOU’LL PROBABLY LIKE IT HERE IF YOU’RE… Reliable, organized, comfortable with early mornings, good at working independently and the kind of person who notices something needs doing and just… does it.

Baking or kitchen experience is great, but being dependable, effective and willing to learn matters just as much.
