Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a in the food industry. As a baker/Bakers assistant you will be responsible for baking, food preparation, packaging, cookie decorating, making drinks and providing excellent customer service. If you have a love for the kitchen, enjoy creating delicious treats, and have a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Duties
Bake a variety of goods - mostly cookies.
Part-time, must be willing to work weekends - minimum of 10 hours per week.
Prepare ingredients for recipes and follow established recipes accurately
Bake and assemble menu items according to customer orders
Package finished products for display or delivery
Decorate cookies with precision and creativity
Work the front end which includes making coffee/drinks and packaging customer orders
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders,



answering questions, and offering product recommendations

Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred
Knowledge of baking techniques and cake decorating is highly desirable
Robust attention to detail to ensure quality products are produced
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
