Purpose of the role

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Assistant will be primarily responsible for reviewing recent customer requests and gathering all necessary information for estimation files. This role works closely with the Sales, Estimating, and Management teams.

Responsibilities




Gather all relevant information required for each project file and follow up internally as needed
Review new customer requests and prepare estimation files
Follow up on projects in the estimating process and update the database with any project changes
Perform other related duties as required

Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) required
Solid attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to manage multiple files and projects simultaneously
Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
