We are seeking Instructional Designers support designing end to end solutions for Enterprise Transformation programs.

We're seeking an Instructional Designer to develop engaging, practical, and scalable learning solutions that support the implementation of an enterprise-wide Integrated Management System.

Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Change Management, you'll translate complex technical processes into learning experiences that drive adoption, build capability, and support organizational change.

Must Haves

5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or Training Development

Experience designing end-to-end learning solutions for enterprise transformation or large organizational change initiatives

Experience translating complex business processes or technical documentation into practical, role-based learning

Experience developing blended learning solutions (Instructor-led, Virtual,



eLearning, Digital Learning)

Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to develop enterprise learning solutions

Nice to have:

Experience supporting Operational Excellence, Integrated Management Systems, or enterprise process transformation

Experience partnering with Organizational Change Management teams

Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and Learning Management Systems

Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design methodologies

Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, energy, or other large enterprise organizations
