The UX Designer will support the ongoing design, enhancement, and upkeep of applications and web content, working closely with product, development, and business teams to deliver accessible, responsive, and standards‑aligned user experiences.

Must haves

- Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe XD or similar wireframing/prototyping tools

- Experience supporting content updates and ongoing upkeep of web applications

- Robust understanding of responsive and accessible web design principles

Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, user‑centered interfaces for web‑based applications

- Create and refine UX artefacts including wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes

- Support content updates and page maintenance using WordPress or similar CMS platforms

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle

- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility, usability, and web standards

- Conduct design iterations based on feedback, usability insights, and technical constraints

- Participate in Agile or waterfall delivery processes as part of application teams

Desired Skills

- Experience working in health, health‑IT, or regulated environments

- Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries

- Experience collaborating closely with development teams in Agile environments

- Experience applying WCAG or accessibility best practices





- Strong visual design sensibility combined with technical problem‑solving skills

Required Skills

- UX design experience using Adobe XD or similar wireframing tools

Requirements

- UX design and front‑end implementation of interfaces for ONE Access Program web applications

- Creation of wireframes, prototypes, and design assets using Adobe XD

- Updates and maintenance of existing web application interfaces and content
