As a Senior Gaming Compliance Officer, you will support compliance audits across GCE locations. Collaborating with the Compliance Director, you will address regulatory standards, internal controls, and risk management practices to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Your role is pivotal in guiding the Gaming Compliance Officer team and enhancing compliance culture.
Key Responsibilities:



- Review and assess compliance protocols in casino operations - Assist in internal document reviews and compliance audits - Develop compliance strategies based on risk evaluations - Mentor GCO team members in compliance tasks - Interface with federal and provincial regulatory agencies
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field - At least 5 years of experience in gaming compliance - Risk Management certification is advantageous - Familiarity with AML and privacy regulations - Solid analytical and communication skills
