Join Tundra Oil & Gas as a Data Analyst in our Calgary or Winnipeg office. Leverage your analytical expertise to develop critical insights for operational excellence. In this role, reporting to the Manager of Data Analytics, you will focus on converting complex data sets into meaningful insights that facilitate decision-making across Tundra.

You will be pivotal in building dashboards and defining KPIs that enhance our operational capabilities. Your collaboration with stakeholders ensures data-driven solutions to real business problems and promotes user empowerment in accessing and utilizing analytics. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain dashboards that meet business needs
- Convert ambiguous questions into actionable insights
- Partner with teams to clarify data requirements
- Ensure accuracy and governance in datasets
- Support users in data access and interpretation Requirements:
- Related Bachelor's degree required
- 3–5+ years in data analysis or business intelligence
