The Assistant Retail

Manager will be accountable for supporting store operations and teammate training & engagement.

We are looking for a leader with: Minimum 2 years leadership experience in retail sales and/or customer service.

Working knowledge of Windows applications, including Word and Excel

Flexibility for evening and weekend work on a weekly basis.

Ability to lift up to 40lbs on a regular basis, as well as frequent need to stand, bend, and twist This teammate will be accountable for: Leading and modelling best in class customer experiences with a focus on driving sales & customer service.

Supporting in executing business strategies to meet/exceed financial objectives.

Supporting in recruiting, developing and motivating teammates. Maintaining awareness and reporting on competition in the marketplace.
