This full‑time permanent opportunity is based in Edmonton or Calgary.

Accident Benefits Unit Claims Manager For internal hires, we expect four days a week in the office for the first three months; After this period, the in‑office commitment transitions to three days a week. Drive results by setting and managing performance expectations through effective coaching and mentoring, driving your team to achieve outstanding results. Develop strategic initiatives that align with company strategies, focusing on process improvements and technological advancements.

Conduct quality assurance through audits on staff files and calls, providing feedback and training where necessary,



and implementing controls based on audit findings to ensure compliance. Contribute to performance metrics by measuring team performance, ensuring high‑quality claims handling, compliance with standards, and maintaining productivity. Ensure policy compliance by adhering to corporate policies, claims standards, and procedures.

Experience with at least 2 years in corporate management or 4 years in the insurance industry. Leadership skills that include motivating, coaching, and engaging your staff. An ability to build a fostering environment that encourages openness and honesty.
