- Collaborate with leadership on strategic HR initiatives
- Address workplace culture and employee relations
- Facilitate onboarding processes and offboarding procedures
- Manage compliance with HR regulations and processes
- Leverage technology to enhance HR productivity Requirements:
- Over 10 years of HR Business Partner experience
- Background in creative industries preferred
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Canadian employment laws
