Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and B2B (business-to-business) interactions, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct thorough vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and preferences
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize dealership profitability while satisfying customer expectations
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service plans, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Manage sales support activities by maintaining organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and deal documentation
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract high-end sales clients and promote dealership offerings across various channels




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive buying experience

Requirements

- Proven experience in dealership sales, retail sales, or B2B sales with a focus on used vehicles preferred
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in both English and Spanish (bilingual/multilingual skills highly valued)
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Knowledge of automotive market trends, high-end vehicle sales, and upselling techniques
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously and follow up effectively
- Ability to work outside the dealership environment actively engaging with potential customers in various settings
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with sales management tools, marketing strategies, and basic math skills for accurate deal calculations
