Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize reliability engineering initiatives across sites
Implement preventive and condition-based maintenance approaches




Analyze downtime data to inform strategic improvements
Train and mentor reliability staff on best practices
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to enhance asset performance

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Over 7 years of reliability engineering experience
Suitable proficiency in EAM/CMMS like Maximo
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
