As the Maintenance Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Asset Protection, your primary duties involve overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You'll be responsible for developing maintenance plans, managing inventory, and preparing reports for operational oversight.

Your proactive approach will guide the department in addressing safety issues and collaborating on projects while adhering to budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily Maintenance department operations
Direct all work orders related to Co-op buildings




Develop preventative maintenance schedules and strategies
Prepare budgets and repair estimates for management
Monitor safety compliance across all maintenance activities

Requirements:
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
Journeyman Trade status considered an asset
7+ years supervisory experience in facilities management
Must possess robust organizational skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
