In this full time role, you will oversee essential FP&A; functions, including budgeting and forecasting, while coaching two FP&A; Analysts. Your responsibilities include standardizing workflows for reporting and supporting strategic initiatives that facilitate financial transformations, ensuring quality and clarity in all insights delivered.
Key Responsibilities:



- Guide monthly and quarterly FP&A; deliverables and analyses - Develop and mentor two FP&A; Analysts for optimal performance - Standardize review workflows and executive presentation materials - Assist in the formalization of Corporate Planning processes - Back Treasury functions, including cash forecasting
Requirements: - 5+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A; - 2+ years of managerial experience in finance roles - Robust skills in advanced Excel and data interpretation - Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau - Master’s degree or CPA designation required
