Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Source, recruit, and manage current and existing agronomy client relationships
Support and manage client deliverables, expectations, and recommendations
Investigate, evaluate, and solve for opportunities that provide further value to our customers
Take a lead role in strategic planning and analysis with current and prospective clients
Collaborate and identify additional value added client service engagements with other team members
Carry out certain functions related to variable rate, mapping, soil sampling, crop assessments, and data analytics
Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.
Skills and Experience
A post-secondary degree or diploma in Agriculture or related field.
At least 5 years of agriculture customer management is an asset, but not required.
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
Duties will require independent work within a team atmosphere.
Ability to work out of a home office when not performing in-field functions.
Willingness to work in an outdoor setting, along with overtime as needed during peak season.
