In this role, you will report to the Manager of Employee/Labour Relations & HR Consulting and serve as a consultant to people managers on various HR issues. Your expertise will ensure compliance with employment laws and support organizational effectiveness.
You will work collaboratively within the HR department to lead initiatives that bolster employee engagement and support diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on performance management and absenteeism issues
Assist management in conflict resolution strategies
Conduct comprehensive investigations regarding HR complaints
Develop and track key performance indicators for HR initiatives
Design and facilitate training programs for HR leaders
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HR consulting experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or business
CHRP/CHRL certification required
Robust grasp of relevant employment legislation
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
