Evaluate daily operations

Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget

Supervise staff

Train staff

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

Address customers' complaints or concerns

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Rapid-paced environment. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods.

Efficient interpersonal skills

Excellent oral communication
