Reporting to the Co-Directors, this senior leadership position blends project management with finance oversight for the SickKids Child Health Policy Accelerator. You will implement operational priorities, enhance governance structures, and develop key partnerships to advance child health research and policy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement strategic and operational priorities to enhance effectiveness
• Collaborate on Centre goals and accountability for objectives
• Organize and oversee Centre events, including symposiums
• Mentor a cohesive team,

• Manage budget forecasting and financial reporting processes

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 7 years of experience
• Proven experience in complex healthcare environments
• Robust budget management and project leadership skills
