Elevate Toronto Pearson's infrastructure reliability as the Manager of Asset Reliability with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. Champion proactive strategies to enhance airport performance and ensure operational excellence.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Associate Director, Terminal Infrastructure Reliability. Your focus will be on improving asset availability, maintainability, and operational performance for critical airport systems. Utilize data-driven initiatives to reduce downtime while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to innovate solutions and enhance resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations to resolve recurring asset failures
• Analyze operational data to pinpoint risks and improvement opportunities




• Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Support asset criticality and lifecycle planning
• Translate technical data into actionable insights

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5 years in reliability or maintenance engineering
• Experience with root cause analysis and FMEA
• Proficient in data analytics tools like Power BI
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
