We are looking for an experienced Project Control Officer to support a large IT program focused on mandatory remediation activities. The successful candidate will manage project controls, reporting, financial tracking, schedules, risks, issues, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).
Prepare weekly status reports, executive steering committee materials, and ad-hoc reports.
Track project interdependencies across workstreams.
Manage project financials, including forecasts, actual spend, and variance analysis.
Maintain project change requests (PCRs) and related activities.
Organize and track project artifacts and support compliance/delivery assurance reviews.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Identify and elevate schedule delays and project risks.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications 10+ years of project monitoring and control experience; candidates with 5+ years may be considered.
Strong experience in schedule management, reporting, RAID management, and financial management .
Experience supporting large projects/programs .
Knowledge of PDLC, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies .
Strong knowledge of MS Office , particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word,



and MS Project.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, and SharePoint .
Solid organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and operate with limited direction.
