In this hybrid role, you will oversee IAM projects and drive business outcomes aligned with CFMWS's organizational objectives. You’ll provide strategic leadership throughout project lifecycles, manage stakeholder engagement, and facilitate effective change management. Collaborating with business leaders and cybersecurity teams, your contribution will be vital in implementing identity management capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• College diploma in related fields and multiple years of IM/IT experience
• Proven leadership in delivering IM/IT initiatives
• Expertise in project lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with RFP development and contract negotiations
• Bilingual in English or French is an asset
