As the Technical Platform Expert, you will be responsible for architecting integrations that ensure cohesive data flow and optimize our marketing technology. Your experience in CRM data architecture and workflow automation will be crucial as you support our team's objectives and improve client retention strategies. Collaborate with data and development teams to align systems for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage APIs for connecting HubSpot with various platforms
• Maintain platform configuration and perform system integrity checks
• Document technical processes and system mappings across technologies
• Automate workflows for marketing and sales processes
• Oversee third-party applications integration with HubSpot
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in HubSpot administration
• HubSpot CRM Developer certification is advantageous
• Expertise in automation logic and data governance
• Experience with complex workflow design
• Solid collaborative and documentation skills
