As Legal Counsel, you will assess inspections, manage litigation, and provide legal opinions on enforcement actions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and representation for HCRA’s enforcement program
• Draft pleadings and legal motions with precision
• Represent HCRA at legal proceedings like the Licence Appeal Tribunal




• Conduct research on legislative and regulatory developments
• Collaborate with project teams on compliance and policy matters

Requirements:
• Called to the Bar of Ontario, in good standing
• Minimum three years of post-call legal experience
