Smart Circle is looking for an experienced General Accountant to support financial reporting and reconciliations. With a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of relevant experience, you'll facilitate month-end and year-end closes while processing commission payments. This position also requires advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries
• Maintain the general ledger and perform account reconciliations




• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Monitor AR/AP and assist with tax filings
• Calculate and process commission payments accurately

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS standards
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables
• CPA designation is a plus
