As part of the Corporate Relations, Engagement and Strategy team, you will oversee the development and execution of forward-thinking communication strategies. This role requires a strategic mindset and adept leadership, ensuring that the company’s messages resonate with diverse audiences and uphold IESO's reputation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage public affairs effectively and respond to emerging challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement integrated communication strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Manage relationships with media, governments, and communities




• Lead teams in producing high-quality communication materials
• Oversee a $10 million budget for external communications
• Guide crisis communication strategies with senior leadership

Requirements:
• Minimum 10-15 years in senior communications roles
• Solid expertise in public relations and brand management
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of the Ontario electricity sector
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education preferred
