Key Responsibilities:
• Support preparation and submission of competitive bids
• Manage project billing and invoicing accurately




• Lead project kickoff and site meetings effectively
• Monitor project budgets and implement cost controls
• Facilitate internal meetings with Installation teams

Requirements:
• Civil, Mechanical or Construction Engineering degree
• 5 years in civil construction or highway infrastructure
• Prior experience as Project Coordinator or Manager
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Robust communication and organizational skills
