Key Responsibilities:
• Support WUT CFS Strategic Plan implementation
• Supervise supervisors and administrative staff
• Oversee program performance and service flow
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance
• Foster relationships with community partners
Requirements:
• Master's or bachelor's degree in social work
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Social Services
• 3 years' supervisory or management experience
• 7-10 years of child welfare background
• Proficient in MS Office and case management systems
Lead culturally grounded service initiatives to support families within Wiikwemkoong.
