As part of our dynamic team, you will independently investigate a portfolio of property and casualty claims, exercise settlement authority, and collaborate with adjusters and legal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and assess property and casualty claims independently
• Make confident decisions on challenging claims with expanded authority
• Direct independent adjusters and collaborate with legal and vendors
• Analyze reports for coverage, liability,



and damages accurately
• Maintain thorough documentation through Forward’s technology platform

Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ insurance claims experience from intake to resolution
• CIP designation or working towards it; post-secondary education is a plus
• Solid understanding of claims principles and coverage analysis
• Exceptional attention to detail in findings and decisions
• Advanced skills with MS Office and claims management systems
