Key Responsibilities:
Represent Fraser Health's services in community meetings
Initiate and oversee health projects and improvements
Recruit and manage performance of Indigenous Health staff
Monitor resource use and care quality metrics
Collaborate to elevate patient experiences in Indigenous care
Requirements:
Bachelor's in health care management or equivalent
At least seven years in Indigenous Health
Extensive knowledge of Indigenous health issues
Valid BC Driver's License and vehicle
Exceptional leadership and community building skills
