This full time role involves strategic HR support for leaders and employees, focusing on the employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with leaders to assess workforce needs and priorities - Advise on employee relations and performance management issues - Conduct workplace reviews and investigations - Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts - Maintain accurate HRMS records and support HR processes
Requirements: - Post-secondary education in HR or related field - 3–5 years of HR experience, advising on employee matters - Experience in a unionized workplace - Knowledge of BC employment and health legislation - Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
