Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic finance team. In this vital role, you will support the daily financial operations by managing bookkeeping tasks, processing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate data entry across various accounting software platforms. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help maintain the integrity of our financial records, contributing to the overall efficiency of our accounting processes.

Responsibilities
Perform data entry for financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Netsuite and Odoo.
Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying expense reports, and ensuring timely payments.
Handle accounts receivable activities including invoicing clients, recording payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
Reconcile bank statements and account balances regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly.




Assist with payroll processing by supporting systems like ADP and Payworks. Management.
Maintain organized records of all financial documents in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles including accounts payable and receivable management.
Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Payworks is a plus.
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic math skills combined with the ability to perform account reconciliation and account analysis effectively.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
