Key Responsibilities:
Support daily IT operations and infrastructure
Manage and resolve Service Desk requests
Train colleagues on current technology and processes
Monitor infrastructure health and provide feedback
Develop robust relationships with local IT personnel

Requirements:
IT degree or equivalent
Seven years of server administration experience
Solid problem-solving skills
Knowledge of NIST cyber security framework
Must pass security clearances with the government
