As an early- to mid-career skilled, you will contribute to credit analysis and recommendations of commercial mortgage financing opportunities. This position emphasizes strong analytical skills and stakeholder engagement as you develop through various stages of the credit lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will involve supporting underwriting processes and collaborating with senior stakeholders for informed credit decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Support credit review and underwriting for diverse mortgage loans
Prepare transparent credit memos and risk assessments
Conduct detailed financial analyses,



including cash flow modelling
Monitor existing loans and assess emerging credit risks
Collaborate with global credit risk teams for informed recommendations

Requirements:
2–5 years in commercial real estate or credit analysis
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Knowledge of commercial real estate fundamentals
Excellent communication and organizational skills
