Your Role as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll be an integral part of the care team, ensuring the health, safety,



and well-being of residents.

Your responsibilities include:
Administering medications and treatments
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on personalized care plans
Monitoring and documenting residents’ health and well-being
Educating residents and families on healthcare needs
Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
