Your role as People and Culture Manager will contribute to the strategic vision of talent attraction, engagement, and coaching within our skilled services environment. Key Responsibilities:
Work with P&C; team to drive talent growth initiatives
Coach Business Unit Managers in effective HR practices
Promote a coaching and cooperative culture throughout
Oversee the execution of inclusiveness strategies
Foster effective communication company-wide

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in a Human Resources role preferred
Proven experience in a high-pressure environment
Knowledge of employment legislation and policies
Solid rapport-building skills across diverse backgrounds
Relevant post-secondary education and CPHR certification is a plus
