As a Strategic Sourcing Leader, you will contribute at the Associate Director, Director, or Senior Director level depending on your experience. This position involves managing a team, closely collaborating with the VP of Supply Chain, and implementing supplier relationship management and category strategies to elevate procurement into a strategic advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships
Lead RFP processes and supplier negotiations

Requirements:
8+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement roles
Proven experience in supplier negotiation and management
