This role focuses on delivering exceptional engineering leadership for automotive electrical motor projects. You will engage in design concept creation, conduct feasibility studies, and evaluate motor specifications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll tackle technical challenges to achieve successful product launches and adhere to stringent regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop electrical motor product projects with detailed designs
Create and assess motor drawings, DFMEA, and DVP&R; documents
Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
Troubleshoot technical issues within core teams
Ensure compliance with audit deliverables

Requirements:
5+ years in PMDC brush motor or electromagnetic design
BS Degree in a relevant field
Experience with automotive industry procedures (APQP, FMEA)
Knowledge of NVH issue resolution and relevant software
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
