WesTower is hiring a Hydrovac Operator to ensure safety and efficiency in utility excavation projects. As part of the WesTower Wireline operations team, the Hydrovac Operator will report to the Construction Manager and focus on protected, autonomous equipment operation with a minimum requirement of one year in the field.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting are required to adapt to various site conditions. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform safe and effective utility excavation using hydrovac equipment
- Manage and lift equipment and materials over 100 pounds
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a professional demeanor
- Be ready to assist with other labor tasks as needed
- Collaboratively work with team members for project success Requirements:
- Valid AB Class 3 license (Class 1 preferred)
- Ground Disturbance II certification necessary
- One year of hydrovac operating experience
- Reliable and motivated self-starter
