Role Description The Valve Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB, supporting the sales team in delivering valves and related solutions to customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer and product information in internal systems. The role assists with tracking deliveries, coordinating with operations and logistics, and following up with customers to ensure order accuracy and timely communication.

The Valve Sales

Assistant responds to customer inquiries, supports sales representatives with pricing and product data, and helps prepare sales reports and documentation. This position also contributes to maintaining organized records, product details,



and supporting continuous improvement of customer service and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build positive, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear, qualified communication skills, including the ability to explain technical product information and respond to customer inquiries in writing and verbally.
- Sales support skills, including experience with order entry, and follow up in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
- Organization skills, with attention to detail for managing documentation, order tracking, and data entry across multiple systems.
- Experience in industrial or oil & gas product environments, especially valves or flow control products, is an asset.
- Proficiency with MS office and experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Edmonton, AB, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
