Vancouver Coastal Health is hiring a full-time Obstetrician/Gynecologist for Sechelt Hospital. This role focuses on maternity care and gynecological services in a vibrant coastal community. As part of a close-knit medical team, you will provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services to a growing population.

This position includes elective procedures, on-call responsibilities, and opportunities for career development through teaching and collaboration with other health providers across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Offer on-call obstetric and gynecological care
- Conduct elective surgeries and manage outpatient services
- Provide oversight of community office operations
- Participate in department and hospital committees
- Mentor and train surgical residents and fellows

Requirements:

- Full medical license from the College of Physicians of BC
- Fellowship in obstetrics/gynecology
- Demonstrated surgical competence in gynecologic procedures
- Minimum obstetric experience required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification preferred
