Developer 1 position at Vena is a full-time opportunity that allows for remote flexibility or working from our Toronto office. You'll join a energetic team dedicated to building highly scalable services while focusing on observability, stability, and security within Vena's SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement key components of ITIL, such as problem management
- Document operational processes and procedures
- Manage operational requests from application support teams
- Ensure system health and monitor service performance
- Identify root causes and propose improvements Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of IT Operations or DevOps experience
- Knowledge of AWS and cloud service infrastructures
- Capable of coding in various languages for real-world applications
