Key Responsibilities: - Support healthcare team members in delivering patient care - Assist with patient mobility, including lifting and transferring - Ensure safety protocols are followed in all tasks - Organize and prioritize workload effectively - Participate in mandatory training and orientation
Requirements: - Previous patient care experience is preferred - Must have completed a Health Care Aide course - Minimum grade 10 education is required - Excellent oral and written English skills - Ability to manage physical job demands
