In this crucial role, the Major Gifts Officer reports to the Director of Philanthropy, focusing on building and managing a comprehensive portfolio of major donors. You will identify giving prospects, cultivate relationships, and implement effective solicitation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage individualized donor cultivation and stewardship plans
Identify and engage legacy gift prospects and corporate donors
Conduct personal visits and outreach to deepen relationships




Provide robust stewardship and communicate impact reports
Assist with donor recognition and fundraising events

Requirements:
Background in fundraising or sales with at least 3 years of experience
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications
Proven ability to manage a diverse donor portfolio
Robust written and oral communication capabilities
Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
