Under the guidance of the Director of Care, the Resident Care Manager is instrumental in delivering quality care in our long-term facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years' supervisory experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation and be a registered nurse.

This management role emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach to delivering exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure continuous improvement in resident satisfaction and care quality
Collaborate with nursing staff on care assessments and plans
Recruit, supervise,



and discipline nursing team members
Manage complaints and care issues with residents and families
Provide staff development and educational resources for caregiving

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in healthcare
Current RN license or eligibility for registration in Manitoba
Familiarity with MDS and care management systems
Demonstrated leadership and ethics in care practices
