This position demands at least 15 years of experience in highway design, MTO standards, and traffic engineering. You will provide technical oversight, ensure effective communication with MTO, and guide project specifications and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities of all project staff
Maintain communication with MTO for project requirements
Guide technical staff and conduct technical reviews
Review contract design packages for compliance
Mentor project teams to enhance performance

Requirements:
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
Registered Skilled Engineer in Ontario
15 years’ experience in highway engineering
Knowledge of MTO project management principles
Solid oral and written communication skills
