Our public sector healthcare client is seeking an Intermediate Data Specialist to manage data analysis, conversion, maintenance, and security across cloud and on-prem environments

Reporting to the Director of Reporting & Application Services, the position plays a key role in transforming and securing analytics assets under progressive technology initiatives.

Perm Term position until March 31st , remote within BC

Must Haves
Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Information Technology
5+ years in data analysis, software maintenance, and stakeholder engagement
SQL & SSIS experience




Strong foundation in cloud computing and data transformation principles
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Nice to Have
Experience within healthcare or public sector settings
Familiarity with hybrid cloud data ecosystems

Responsibilities
Analyze and maintain structured and unstructured datasets across cloud and on-prem systems
Execute data conversion and transformation initiatives as part of IMIT department operations
Ensure security and quality of organizational data in accordance with governance policies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical data management with strategic objectives
Support the Director of Reporting & Application Services with continuous improvement of data processes
Contribute to agile project deliverables and reporting activities within the NeXT Scheduling initiative
